I was a first time buyer and James made the experience so easy for me. I went to tons of dealerships that all treated me like a naive child and I feel good that I was able to purchase from somebody who didn’ easy for me. I got a used 2018 Forester back in October and I have been loving it for the last 7 months! After my initial purchase, I received 1:1 calls about how the vehicle has been treating me, if I have any questions, etc. Great customer service. Will definitely be back here and I highly recommend James to anybody who is looking to buy a vehicle. More
Bought a used Forester in November. Had check engine light in March. Tried several times to talk to the service center and sales agent... Had to go to a mechanic and spend $300 for a break light switch adjustment. Subaru could have done this for me no problem, but couldn't be bothered. More

We got a great deal on our Outback, and neither the salesman nor the finance manager was pushy at all. In fact, it was close to closing time, and we almost had to convince them to keep going. Actually, we ended up coming back two days later because it was closing time and the salesman was off the next day. We purchased our second new Outback from Subaru of Melbourne due to our satisfaction with the service department and the purchasing experience. We have taken our previous 2019 Outback for all required Melbourne due to our satisfaction with the service department and the purchasing experience. We have taken our previous 2019 Outback for all required maintenance and only had one issue in 7 years. The last time new tires were purchased and installed no one mentioned the tire pressure sensors should be serviced/replaced. Within a year all 4 sensors quit working. A costly error since replacing them now will cost $678. More
We had an excellent experience at Subaru of Melbourne, and Evan Rossi was the reason it was such an easy decision to buy from this dealership. Although the sale was officially closed on our second visit by one of his colleagues since Evan was with another customer, the sale was really all Evan. Evan spent nearly two hours with us on our first visit, patiently answering every question we had and walking us through the differences between the 2025 and 2026 Crosstrek models. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and never pushy, which made us feel completely comfortable and confident in our decision. Thanks to his guidance, we ended up with a 2026 Crosstrek Wilderness that was only about $1,000 more than a 2025 CPO with 2,000 miles on it—an easy choice!!!! To top it off, even after the sale, Evan went out of his way to help us process a $50 Visa gift card just for taking a test drive. That extra level of follow-through really says a lot. Most importantly, my wife absolutely loves her new ride. Huge thanks to Evan and the team at Subaru of Melbourne for making this such a smooth, stress-free experience. Highly recommend! More
