I dropped my car off the night before my 8am appointment so I knew it would be there on time. My car was not looked at until after 3pm that day, delaying the work until the following day. No one bothered to so I knew it would be there on time. My car was not looked at until after 3pm that day, delaying the work until the following day. No one bothered to contact me with any updates. When I called the service center I only responded an AI answering service that could not provide the information I needed. The work on the car was fine. The customer service was non existent. More
