This dealership deserves no stars for ANYTHING! They are crooks. I came in looking for a new car about a year ago, and they said they would try to locate one. They asked for a $1,000 down payment to "show I crooks. I came in looking for a new car about a year ago, and they said they would try to locate one. They asked for a $1,000 down payment to "show I'm serious". I gave them the cash and waited to see if they could locate a car. Days went by and our agreement was if they could not locate the car in 3 days my payment would be returned. I called after 3 days and they couldn't find one so I said I'll come get my payment. The guy with the accent said no no give me more time and I said no I had found a car in L.A. He put his manager on who had the nerve to say we should keep this thousand dollars because we made enough phone calls in 3 days to earn it. Wow you made a few calls it must have been such a hard time. Only after threatening legal action did they let me pick up my money two days after the deadline. These guys are crooks, liars, and desperate for your hard earned money. Please do not deal with them, as they will try anything to take your money. They tried to ignore my calls, hang up, yell at me, etc. More

This was the first time I used internet for a quote. It was great dealing with Marissa her response was very fast, gave us a great offer, she had the total deal to us before we even got to the dealership. was great dealing with Marissa her response was very fast, gave us a great offer, she had the total deal to us before we even got to the dealership. All we had to do was test run the car and get our extended warranty info. The day we was able to go to the dealership Marissa was off and Jason took over he was very friendly had all our info ready when we got there, also had the car ready for us for the test run. This was the fastest we had ever got thought a car sale. Jason also worked on some discounts for a couple of extras that we were going to get. Again very professional. We will recommend them to our friends and family and will also go back there again in the future. More
