You can expect the usual interactions and gamesmanship from these kinds of dealerships. That isn’t meant to be disparaging. It’s just how things seem to be done at these places in my experience. Go in expecting that and you’ll be fine. They were very friendly, fast, and it was an easy purchase from start to finish. I’d recommend them if someone was looking for something they offered. More

Communication was disjointed and incomplete. Issues only partially resolved, fixed one of two windows which were both repeatedly addressed. I'm requested they follow up with corporate about the head unit defects and inquire about potential recall or good will replacement. No follow-up after contact with corporate on service campaign eligibility for head unit replacement. Outrageously over priced tps installation charged to my wife and received when I spoke to them. Added fees for paying with credit card. All on all an unsatisfactory visit with poor service for an extraordinary price. More

Brought car in for routine oil change. Came back with 10" gouge in bumper. Had to leave to be filled-in and repainted. Damage was repaired but, I know that it's there and I had kept the car in pristine condition up to that point. You don't expect this to happen at the dealer you bought your new car from. Jacob was the only saving grace in what was otherwise a huge bummer. No communication from a Manager or Owner was disappointing Just something I have to deal with now and as long as I own the vehicle. Kudos again to Jacob for trying to manage my frustration and anxiety dealing with this. More
