Just all over a rough experience from Morgan auto group and Subaru of north Tampa. I drive 3 hours for a vehicle they weren’t even in possession of yet, tried getting me to sign the papers to buy it as wel and Subaru of north Tampa. Low balled my trade in (7k lower than they have it posted and not even 24hours later). Couldn’t get an estimate on when the vehicle would actually arrive. Kept telling me “this is the lowest interest” then come back with another lower rate. Charge for a pre-delivery fee, yet didn’t do a single thing before handing it off. Still had all the stickers on it. If the vehicle they were selling wasn’t such low mile and good condition I would’ve been long gone I will add though Mellisa is very pleasant, seems to have a sense of urgency and can handle the frustration I had.
