I bought a used Subaru from this dealer— everyone was very nice, courteous and the process was very straightforward. The car ended up having a funny noise literally the day I brought it home and I was so very nice, courteous and the process was very straightforward. I brought car back and they gave me a loaner, quickly diagnosed the issue and paid for all of the repairs! I was so thankful that they were honest and got the car back to so fast. More

Staff was friendly and service team quickly fixed the problem (I had cross threaded 2 bolts and they knew what to look for), however when everything was said and done I had to wait 40 minutes after my ca problem (I had cross threaded 2 bolts and they knew what to look for), however when everything was said and done I had to wait 40 minutes after my car was pulled up to the curb, and was charged $140 for what amounted to 30 minutes of labor and 1 new 14mm bolt. There was some kind of issue with their computer system that took 40 minutes to solve while my car just sat there being done. I can't say that I feel great about the price I paid or the amount of time it took to get in and out of the dealer More
