Very poor communication, they called to tell me my car had 9,000 dollars in repairs but was only worth 4,000 dollars, then hastily tried to get me to trade in my car to buy a new one without really explai had 9,000 dollars in repairs but was only worth 4,000 dollars, then hastily tried to get me to trade in my car to buy a new one without really explaining the extent of the repairs needed. Turns out they just needed to add oil because it was low and the car is entirely fine. Had we not inquired more they would have attempted to charge for a new small engine block or have me trade in my car. More
