My husband and I bought a used car at your dealership on November 24, 2023. Your dealership tacked on top of the sale price an extra $1,900!! This additional charge wasn’t listed on your website or carguru. My husband & I were shocked that you would charge us close to $2,000 more for unwanted and unauthorized treatments to the car when you advertised it for $1,900 less. Although you were willing to reduce that to $1,200, there should not have been any hidden cost. $1,200 extra is a lot of money to a customer. Had our drive from Sarasota not exhausted us (I have cancer & my husband is 79 & diabetic) we would have had the good sense to leave without buying the car. What should have been a happy event became very unpleasant.
