I don’t know who Madison is. He/she was not my service rep. It’s usually Brandon but he wasn’t there when I pulled in with a dead battery. My experience with the dealership was fine in terms of service responsiveness but I’m not happy at all with paying $560 for a new battery, absolutely ridiculously expensive.. No consideration or discount given for existing customer. I did it this time but will think hard about continuing our service relationship here. We are retired and on a fixed income and your prices are out of control. More

He listened and was attentive to our wants and needs for what we were looking for in a new vehicle. We went there to test drive a Mercedes-Benz, but ended up leaving with a Subaru instead. We were hooked on the Subaru as soon as we sat in the vehicle. The sales process took a lot less time, which was very nice; but it also helped that we talked to them over the phone to start the sale. We are happy customers. More
