Jake is always courteous, expertly thorough, and prompt in getting the vehicle in and serviced. Not sure if a steering wheel cover is used before, during and after service? I did have to clean the stee in getting the vehicle in and serviced. Not sure if a steering wheel cover is used before, during and after service? I did have to clean the steering wheel with many Armour wipes the next day. Brown and dirty residue on the steering wheel. Please note, I had just cleaned it with Armour wipes before this service visit. If no steering wheel cover, maybe just a change of gloves? Thank you, More

The sales, management and finance people at this dealership made buying our car from them a pleasure. My only complaint is that I did not receive a Bill of Sale, or receipt for the purchase.
