I was told that the oil change and tire rotation that I requested was complete before I left to come to the store. When I arrived, it wasn't complete. I took the car without the oil change that I had reque requested was complete before I left to come to the store. When I arrived, it wasn't complete. I took the car without the oil change that I had requested in addition to the electrical service. I won't be attempting to get any service here in the future and will only use the service location for recalls or warranty problems. More
