We discussed the car I was looking for and after discussing on a set price goal for my payments, the transition to actually obtaining the car was really easy. The dealership matched my husband's company car-buying incentive and offered a fair trade-in value for my old car. Vic should be commended for a quality buying experience! He even went the extra mile (no pun intended) to drive to Wichita to get the car I wanted so that I could pick it up when I needed to. I was only looking and this was goin On Monday, Sept 9, 2016, I stopped at the Olathe Subaru to look at the Forester and possibly the Outback models. I was only looking and this was going to be my final stop before making my decision on what car to purchase. As it turned out I bought the 2016 Subaru Forester. I have never before felt so comfortable in a dealership when shopping for cars. Lloyd Harris is the salesman that helped me. He understood that I was the buyer (not my husband as is often the case) and he listened to what was important to me and said I should drive the Forester. I did and fell in love with it. The entire experience was painless and enjoyable. Everyone we met was sincere, helpful, obviously happy working there and seemed delighted to meet us. I have already shared this story with everyone I've spoken to since the purchase. And I will continue to do so. Barbara Simmons More

I was immediately offered a test drive, fell in love with the car, and was driving away a few minutes later - a feat all the more impressive considering I'd walked in 45 minutes before closing time on a holiday! The dealership was busy but the sales staff treated me like I was the only customer there. Usually you try to hype up a car BEFORE you sell the car but Brad spent a full half hour showing off all the bells and whistles AFTER I'd signed leaving me more excited than I was when I walked in - it goes to show you that the sales staff is passionate about what they do. I never felt pressured into anything and I'd recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality car at a great price. More

They transported the vehicle the next day and we closed the deal within an hour after we arrived to the dealership. Very efficient and very professional. We have two Imprezas so far ('14 and '16). I referred to my coworkers on the first day of driving '16 Impreza to work. ( I paid less than Camry or Accord but got a lot more than those, especially AWD and wagon's versatility.) Now I enjoy and feel a lot safer on the road and have confidence in motion with my three years old boy at every moments. Love you Subie. More

New To Us Chrysler Town & Country My wife and I were in the market for a different vehicle after our car was rear ended at a stop light in July. We had been looking off and on for a fe My wife and I were in the market for a different vehicle after our car was rear ended at a stop light in July. We had been looking off and on for a few weeks, and had decided to look at Olathe Kia. After meeting Justin, he took us to look a several used vehicles. We decided on the Chrysler after test driving it. After the purchase, the Town & Country developed a problem, the engine light came on. I called the dealer and talked with the service department, scheduled a time for them to look at it. A bad catalytic converter was found to be the problem. The dealer fixed the problem with no cost to me for the repairs. The van was still under warranty. I would recommend Olathe Kia for your next car purchase.
