I have had big problems with Subaru Ascent. Kevin Kite, manager worked with us trading us into new Ascent seamlessly. Unfortunately new Ascent had similar battery problems. Called Kevin and he was able manager worked with us trading us into new Ascent seamlessly. Unfortunately new Ascent had similar battery problems. Called Kevin and he was able to work out a great solution to trade us into a Honda Pilot from his sister company Olathe Honda Transactions was seamless. I can honestly say one of managers I have ever worked with to solve a very serious customer problem. I just had the 30k maintenance performed on my Outback at Subaru of Olathe. Will not go back. Left my vehicle at 9:00AM told it would take 3-3.5 hours. Got it back at 6:00PM. $694.00. They are funny too! I highly recommend purchasing from Olathe Subaru to everyone! Not to mention their cars amazing safety and reliability ratings. After looking at several other makes, I chose the Outback because it was the perfect combination of luxury and practicality. We can't wait to take it on all of our adventures for the next 10+ years! My wife and I visited Olathe Subaru to replace our 2008 Forester that had been totaled in an accident. I visited Olathe Subaru to purchase a new 2020 Forester, and trade my old Impreza. I was given a great deal on both the new purchase price and the trade value. Went to this dealership, it was a 45 minutes drive. I spoke with Aaron and I was treated with discrimination. When I finally did the test drive 18 Outback. I asked him why the engine is a little bit loud. Then he replied "is it louder than your car?". FYI: I did not talk to him about trading my car at all as I am not planning on it. More
The car buying experience buying my Outback was the best! It was a very hot day. We hadn't been on the lot for just a few minutes when Gene Abernathy came to my wife and I and offered us water and to come to It was a very hot day. We hadn't been on the lot for just a few minutes when Gene Abernathy came to my wife and I and offered us water and to come to be in the AC! We told Gene what we were looking for (Premium or Limited Outback - preferably Premium since we wanted cloth seats and no moon roof. There were both on the lot. We test drove an ice silver Premium Outback with cloth seats that seemed to fit the bill. We had drove in with my wife's 2005 Jeep Wrangler. While they were assessing the Jeep we took a Limited for a drive. When we got back we sat down and Gene went over the numbers on the Premium. They knocked off the sale price, gave us a very fair trade in on the Jeep and told us the total cost which is rare these days at most dealerships! (Most just ask what one can afford per month so you never really know the vehicle true cost). Bottom line, we drove the Ice Silver Outback home the same day! We LOVE it! More
