I live in South Dakota and Olathe is a 6 hour drive so I wanted to make sure everything was in order before I made the trip. David was able to put everything together over the phone. We drove down and everything was exactly as he quoted. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful. We were so impressed that I bought a second new Subaru from this dealership a few weeks later. I had been looking for a specific car, a bit hard to find. Found 2 Evolutions online at Olathe Subaru. I made a trip out to Olathe to see them and get some pricing. Brad was incredibly nice and was very helpful when I told him what I was looking for. Where most people might have wondered if I were serious about the car or not, Brad treated me with respect right away and helped me out. Even though I was about 3 weeks away from even being able to purchase the car, he still helped me get a test drive, even when I had no means to purchase the car at the time. Afterwards, he kept in touch with me the entire time. He was in constant contact with me, and answered every question I had promptly. He is a very genuine person, not trying to sell me on other things or act fake. I have a lot of respect for him and people who are like him. It was the easiest purchase i've had at a dealership. He also accomodated me when I didn't like certain things on the car, and had them replaced for me according to my likings. The rest of the guys there were very nice too.
