This info center was not updated as part of the major servicing in August (34,000 miles, $977), so I asked for it to be filled in this time, and only the oil and filter info was added yesterday. Joe wrote out a request for the other info (wipers, etc) to be added, but it was not done. Totally apart from service, Sales Mgr Duane Massa sent me a form letter offering up to 110% of KBB to buy my 2015 Outback. I looked up the KBB value before visiting, then got an offer that was lower than 100%. I've been offered more elsewhere. I did not appreciate the low-ball. More

Nail in tire Service rep very nice. I did not have an appointment so I did wait about 2 hrs, before someone told me it was in fact a nail that could not be patche Service rep very nice. It then took an additional 1.5 hrs to install. The waiting room as well as show room was so cold. All customers waiting commented how uncomfortable the temperature was. More

Horrible experience I made the mistake of going to this dealership. Worst decision ever. Oh and so accommodating until you buy the car and then if you try and reach someone after you've bought the car, forget it. Nobody will return your calls. Would never recommend this dealership again.
