I was overall very pleased with financing and my buying experience in general. For that reason I think it's a shame what happened next. I regretfully got the address wrong for my registration. My fault because I misunderstood Leah the finance manager through all the things I signed but when I called back 2 days later after realizing my mistake she was very rude. Reminded me how it was my fault and said I would have to wait for my registration to arrive in the mail before I could change it (which can take a month). The DMV on the other hand said, "go to your dealer, they can help". I think she didn't want to go through the trouble. Johnson on the other hand never returned my call. Guess they're great until they have your money. Then they're horrible. Even if they can't help me they could at LEAST BE NICE. And return my call. More

I waited about one hour to be seen by a Service Person. Time of arrival 8:30. Time to talk to the service person: 9:30. Justification: It was raining. About one hour later it was found that the part was not available. It had to be back ordered. This part had been confirmed available a week before when the appointment was set. The Service Assistance Manager make a phone call to the parts department to make sure the part was there. He was assured that part was there. One hour later I am informed by the technician they could not find the part. Other issues: Mr. Rudi Font - Finance, licensing, and Marva Jackson - Sales--- both do not answer emails or phone calls or voice mails. Result: My License tags where in the shop for more than a week and I have not received any communication about the tags that where available for more than a week. I got them because I was in the shop and asked for them. I would like to stress the name of Mr. Ron Martin, Manager: Courteous, Responsive, always available, competent. Pembroke Subaru may need more Martin's to present it self as a place of good service., YOU MAY WANT REVIEW THE EMPLOYEE ROSTER. IT IS NOT COMPLETE. Could not find Mr. Ron Martin or Joe Salerno. M. Robbery The labor charges were more than four times the cost of the parts. Then they suggested that I change the tires in my car that has 30 000 miles on it. When I said I will take care of it myself, the person said that he can negotiate the price if the tires, which he quoted at over $1000.00. The cost of services are inflated or people are being robbed of their hard earned money. More
Super service I came to the service center for a car problem, when I accelerate the car, I heard a noise coming out from the car. Immediately, Mr Jaime Garcia, able to identify the bearings problem, also recommended for balance alignment check. The technician checked my car and confirmed that the bearings hub need to be replaced and also my back tires both off the alignment a lot. Really appreciated for Jaime provided the professional decision and recommendation, also the technicians’ dedicated job, my car now runs perfect like new. More
