Nice and simple All went well until it was time to check out. I was not informed that the vehicle was ready to pick so I waited and waited and waited. After about 15 All went well until it was time to check out. I was not informed that the vehicle was ready to pick so I waited and waited and waited. After about 15 minutes I went up to the cashier to inquire about my car and to my surprise, the paper work was on the desk. So my question is, after dropping of the paper at the cashier, please inform the customer. Also, even do the service was done and the car was washed (according to the attendant), the car was not in the driveway for pick up; so I had to wait another 8 - 12 minutes to get the car. This is not much but is an extra 25 minutes, more or less, waisted on nothing, not engaging with the customers, not respecting peoples time. In my experience with customers, you must keep them engaged to keep them coming back and happy. More

I have been to other Subaru dealerships for service, and although I have ALWAYS been met with top professionalism and care, at Pembroke Pines, I honestly feel like they are going that extra step to try to help me out and make sure everything is taken care of. I am sure that if I went to a jiffy lube or some other small location for service, I would save money.. but there is a real sense of security and commitment that this place has that has made me a loyal customer. I truly appreciate their hard efforts and kindness. I strongly recommend this location! More

GREAT. ADVISOR JAIME WAS OUTSTANDING I travel from CHICAGO=MIAMI=CHICAGO and I service the car at the end of each trip. THE CAR IS THE BEST CAR I HAD. COMPARE TO MY CADILLAC THAT AFTER 6 I travel from CHICAGO=MIAMI=CHICAGO and I service the car at the end of each trip. THE CAR IS THE BEST CAR I HAD. COMPARE TO MY CADILLAC THAT AFTER 6 HOUR ALL INSTRUMENTATIO FAILED MY SUPARU ONLY INCREASE MILES PER HOUR. FROM 23 AT CITY DRIVE IT WENT TO 31.2. Upon bringing 2 cars in, Joe our service advisor, greeted me and allowed us a speedy check in to miss the incoming thunderstorm. Would also like to mention the kind valet who checked my car in whose name I did not get. She helped me to relink my phone to the car after the battery had been changed and it only took seconds! More
