As a Sales Manager, he was not at all interested in supporting his Sales Team Member in making a sale to a very Interested buyer. Rather than personally reach out to General Manager Duane Massa, to inquire if he would honor the quoted sales price listed on the Internet, he turned us away despite traveling an hour and a half to Pembroke Pines. Thanks to Julio for going above and beyond and making that call himself. The sale moved forward without additional fees added to compensate for honoring the reduced sale price listed on the Internet. Thanks to Julio, Juan Carlos, and Audwin Lovinsjy, also from the Sale Management Team, for staying late to finalize the sale, despite the internet fails! Subaru of Pembroke Pines delivers…THAT you can count on! More
