Inquired about a particular used car the exact morning it was listed, we had to be the first. On our way there we were told it needed service and was not ready, so we turned around and headed home. Annoying, but somewhat understandable. The car remained listed on their website and other sites for ~2 weeks while still unavailable. Is this common practice? We maintained communication and reached out several times during these 2 weeks begging for a follow-up for when the car would be ready. We happen to see the listing was updated on 6/7 as a new arrival and called to confirm. We were told by a woman in the Internet department that the car would be ready around 6 today, perfect. Things were looking up again. Rounded the family together at 5:30 and left the house only to find out the car had already been sold. HOURS AGO. Despite about a dozen texts asking for a follow-up, absolutely NO attempt was made to reach out and the car was sold from underneath our noses before our appointment. Words cannot describe our frustration with the sales team for the lack of communication, and for having an unfit vehicle listed for sale for 2 weeks, and for lying to us at the end of it all. EDIT: A day later the dealer contacted us and said the car went to auction, this was a BLATANT LIE. During my call yesterday when finding out it was sold, the woman mentioned “it was sold to a guy who really wanted it”. LOL… More

I recently (8 weeks ago) purchased a new 2020 Subaru WRX (60 miles on odomete Saturday, May 1, 2021 I had to take this drive. My name is Jacquelyn H. I recently (8 weeks ago) purchased a new 2020 Subaru WRX (60 miles on odometer), in Fort Myers FL at Subaru dealership- I was completely satisfied with the vehicle. Then I returned to the Fort Myers Subaru dealership and test drove a 2021 Subaru WRX STI, I was floored. I wanted Metallic Grey and ended up finding one at Pembroke Pines Subaru in Broward. I was hesitant regarding this, also I knew whether I drove to Pembroke Pines Subaru to test drive the STI there and left without buying it, at the end of the day I was still happy regardless. They shot me an offer at 25k, which I was not happy about- BUT THEN IT HAPPNED. My sales personal was Julio Campos, he was kind and patient with me (I love my turbocharged, flawless paint, immaculate interiors) in short- I am picky and difficult. He worked with me and was super pleasant even though he was multitasking between me (as a client/buyer) and other potential clients/buyers. Both Julio Campos and the finance Manger approached me, finance Manger introduced himself and looked at my car, in person and took the time to actually talk with me. Mind you- the finance manager has other things at the top of his list and for him to just come outside and meet me, talk about my trade in and shoot the xxxx was great, actually over the top. 10 minutes later- another offer. I accepted. The numbers were great, the staff that I worked with was great. I would recommend this and will be returning as they have far more in stock (as in Subaru STI's) than any dealership from Tampa - South FL. I have been to Tampa on three separate occasions for test drives and possible buys and nothing flicked my Bic. In the end I traded my 2020 Subaru WRX (odometer at 3,300) for a 2021 Subaru WRX STI (odometer 4) with a xxxx ton more horsepower at a terrific price. The 2021 STI I ended up purchasing was listed 3k less than other dealerships south of Tampa. I am 100% pleased with my experience and just taking 2 hours drive over was great. Responsible, commitment, outgoing, trusted and driven are just a few characteristics to describe Julio, the finance manager, and also the gentleman who finalized all my paper work- he was super down to earth and real about our conversation. After doing research I decided to check out the Subaru Ascent, went to Subaru of Pembroke pines. We happened to meet Tony, he took us for an unforgettable test ride and explained a lot about the car. After we sold our previous vehicle I saw online that they had one like I wanted in transit. I called Tony and made an appointment to put money down on that vehicle. A couple of weeks later it arrived. Let me say that I was never fond of car salesmen, but Tony was Extraordinary! Great personality and helpful . If you want an extraordinary person to deal with, ask for Tony D' Argenzio. Love the Ascent! More

The WORST!!! I pay cash for a vehicle and then I have to spend HOURS chasing them for paperwork and a title!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!
