Lazy and Rip-Off Igor Aranovskiy tried his best to sell me a completely checked out and clean used BMW they advertised on various websites. I'm from out of state, but they told me they do such sales all the time. Dealership tried to charge $1155 for increased doc/Proc fees, some buried in a "Government Fees" line. Double charged me for Utah registration, but it took five days for them to find the errors, admit and correct them. That is on Duane Massa, the lazy and incompetent Sales Director. THEN Igor disclosed a defect on the door glass (thank you). I could not trust these people to risk flying in from Utah to see the car. Canceled the sale. Responding to the automated email invitation from the General Sales Manager (not written by him) confirmed my impression that this is the epitome of the type of dealership we all fear. I let Vladimir Keslin know of my concerns about how the dealership conducted this sale. POORLY WRITTEN IN ALL CAPS!, he dismissed my problems and defended his employees. Not all sales go like this, I know, but mine did. Be careful with these folks. More

As soon as I walked in the dealership, Mario was happy to assist, and it was helpful that he spoke Spanish, since I was with my mom. Mario was attentive, professional and receptive to listening to all of my questions and concerns, from price to finance. In addition, Mario was very knowledgeable of the product he was selling, which was helpful to me, since it was my first time purchasing a Subaru. Mario, is not your typical car salesperson, who would say anything to sell a car and make a commission, he genuinely cares about his customers. Mario was even available after the purchase, if I had any additional questions, he was only a phone call away, and he never made me feel as if I was bothering him. So this action, just reiterates my point that Mario genuinely cares about his customers, not only during the sell, but thereafter, as well. If you are looking for great service and not your typical car salesperson, go to Subaru of Pembroke Pines and ask for Mario Padron! I bought a 2016 Subaru BRZ at this location. The attention to detail and professionalism of Lexus and Subaru of Pembroke Pines is unparalleled. This is a stark contrast to what I experience a few years back when I bought my last automobile at a Ford dealership in Miami and what a friend of mine experienced when he went to another Subaru dealership (also in Miami). My friend did eventually buy a Subaru at the Pembroke Pines location and I'm glad he told me come to this dealership. In the near future, as I am making small talk with friends and colleagues, I will make sure to let them know them of my wonderful experience at this dealerships.
