Very courteous dealership I have been going to Lokey Subaru for more than 5 years. I get free services for the vehicle I purchased and never once was I disappointed. Pleasant Team ... Service Tech's Sloppy We just brought our Ascent in for yet another recall... check-in went fine and a loaner car was ready. The service advisor was prompt and courteous. We just brought our Ascent in for yet another recall... check-in went fine and a loaner car was ready. The service advisor was prompt and courteous. When we returned, we were handed the paperwork (nothing was reviewed with us), we were pointed to our car sandwiched between two other cars with little room to get back in it; my wife was on a walker so I had to pull out for her to be able to get back in. Once in the car we discovered some inserts that cover the lift points left in the vehicle and the radio on a new channel. We usually expect a better experience when having to bring our vehicle in for recall work. More
