Great Buying Experience My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle and settled on two Subaru models, the Forester and the Outback. We were interested in the Eyesight My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle and settled on two Subaru models, the Forester and the Outback. We were interested in the Eyesight suite of safety features, along with Navigation. Other features were important, but secondary. We actually worked with 2 associates, Cameron and Travis. Cameron helped me on a preliminary visit. He provided me with literature and went over the features in the vehicles with me. When we were ready for a test drive, he wasn't in, so another associate, Travis, assisted us. My sister-in-law, who is also interested in a new vehicle, also test drove the vehicles with us. Both consultants were great, highlighting features, and answering all of our questions. We wanted to sleep on the decision, so we went back the next day when Cameron assisted us again. We decided that the Outback was a little better fit for our needs, so we purchased a 2018 Outback 2.5i Limited, with all of the options we wanted. After we made our purchase, the dealer prepped the vehicle and brought it into one of the heated bays. Cameron went over the vehicle, inch by inch, explaining all of the features on the car. That was a huge help. Also, the dealership will be calling us to come back in two weeks to meet with one of their "Trainers", who will go over the vehicle in more detail with us. Personally, I really like that, as it will give me time to work with my new Outback. One thing that I especially liked about the dealership is their method of pricing. All vehicles are marked with a sell price, which is about $2,000 to $3,000 under MSRP, depending on the model and trim. On our Outback, we received almost $3,500 below MSPR. It made the process extremely easy. If you are interested in buying a Subaru, I can't imagine an easier and painfree process. It was probably the best car buying experience we've ever had. More
