I've had some bad experiences with various dealerships near where I live in Studio City. When I first went to Subaru of Sherman Oaks it was about eight years ago and I didn't expect what I received there. near where I live in Studio City. Peter Diaz who works in the Service Department welcomed me and immediately found out what I needed to do to fix my Subaru Forester and gave me the price it would be to fix the problem. He said I could expect the car to be ready in one hour and it was!! Each time I've gone back to Subaru of Sherman Oaks I've been treated like a king!!! No kidding. When it comes time for me to purchase a new car I shall for sure buy it at Subaru of Sherman Oaks, because I know I'll always be treated like a customer should be treated. We were welcomed promptly and with enthusiasm. We knew that we wanted either a sedan or an Outback and were shown both. We were not rushed and were shown the various features of both cars. We made the decision to purchase the Outback but all that were in stock were 6 cylinder. My husband prefers a 4 cylinder car, however we were set to purchase the 6. The manager came out at the last minute and said that they had found a 4 cylinder would we mind coming back in the afternoon, they would call us when it arrived. They called us and we purchased the car. Unfortunately, I had to leave before I could hear the explanation of the various features, however, my husband remained. I was invited to come back the next day and Ms. Truc graciously explained all the cars features again. More
