He went over every fine detail of that very complex automobile, including a test drive with my wife and me, illustrating the eye-sight system and allowing me to get comfortable with driving a car with all of this technology. He then took us throughout the dealership showing us the parts department, the service department and introduced us to Heather Thomas, the service advisor. He also arranged for our first service date. Because of his extensive knowledge of this car, Doug dispensed all kinds of good, sound advice regarding this vehicle. The service bays at Stohlman Subaru are more like a professional racing teams than your typical dealership. It reminded me of NASCAR's Hendrick's Motorsports' racecar production facilities in Concord, North Carolina - awesomely clean, neat, and well organized. We have followed Stohlman from their small cramped facilities in Herndon where they picked up the service on our Outback. We just received our special order Forrester and could not be happier.
