While waiting for car to be finished, test drive a couple others and ended up making a deal with Lakshman on a new Cross trek. He was very personable, knowledgeable and not too pushy. Fantastic Experience Wow for once I actually feel like I had a good experience going to a dealer and buying the car I want. I have bought three cars in the past three year Wow for once I actually feel like I had a good experience going to a dealer and buying the car I want. I have bought three cars in the past three years and the experience has always seemed like it worked out in the dealers favor and not in mine. Today that all changed. Last weekend I was browsing through the dealers website and found the dream WRX I had been looking for. I inquired and David was the man to respond within 24 hours with a flat out quote in the email no games like some dealers do where they respond with their contact information only. After doing a little looking to see if any dealers that were closer to me had the same car I decided to go out and test drive the car today. I got there and went in to talk to David and take the car for a spin. I was impressed. When we got back they went and inspected my vehicle and gave me a reasonable trade-in offer I was in for the deal. They got me the financing I wanted and quickly got me on my way. For once I was not at the dealer for 6 hours trying to barter to only end up under what I actually wanted for the car still. Thank you thank you thank you!!!! By the way: This dealer is absolutely beautiful! The amount of time someone took to design that building and leave room for things like an accessories counter and couches at some of the sales consultants desk's is incredible. More

That decision to replace a part in advance of its failure is a hallmark of the personal concern for its customers that I have seen demonstrated by Stolhlman Subaru of Hendon and now Sterling. It is the reason my last two Subaru's have been purchased from them despite the fact that I drive many miles past the Tyson's Corner location to their location in (previously in Hendon) Sterling. They really do care about their customers. More
