To my surprise Fernando was a true PROFESSIONAL!! completed my research and shopping exclusively via the internet and email exchanges. When I received an email from Fernando asking if I was ready to make a purchase I responded with "I am not at all interested in coming into the dealership and having to "play the back and forth game" and unless you can put in writing that you will meet XYZ price we can say good bye." Received an email back with a 24 hour price guarantee!!! Still not completely convinced I went in expecting the "play the back and forth game". The car I was interested in was waiting with my name on it keys in it and set for my test drive. Came back shook Fernandos' hade and completed the paperwork for my car with no pressure no hassle!!! Thanks Fernando and Stohlman Subaru for making this a great car buying experience!! More

Positive experience & professional people -- buy here! Took delivery of my '16 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited & the team at Stohlman has been fantastic! The car was a certified pre-owned w/ 4K miles. I sus Took delivery of my '16 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited & the team at Stohlman has been fantastic! The car was a certified pre-owned w/ 4K miles. I suspect it was a loaner for the service department given the CarFax info they provided. The car was in fantastic shape though! Edison V. was my salesperson. I arrived on a Saturday to test drive & absolutely enjoyed the experience in the OB. The certified pre-owned vehicle was the "one" for me. So the team stayed late into the night to complete all the details of the sale. I had priced the car via USAA car buying service so little negotiation need as they honored the price. We haggled a little bit on the '95 Jeep Wrangler I traded. No one would ever give me what I thought the low-mileage, well-kept Jeep was worth but the team did their best for a fair value. Anson L, the business manager, was great at wrapping up the details. Being military, I wanted to register & title my car in my home of record & he made sure that I had all the details needed for that process. We discussed the extended warranty. Probably didn't need it but seemed very cheap for a zero-deductible policy compared to others I've seen. Since I plan to drive the car for a long, long time, I opted for the Gold Plus Added Security. He was a true professional in the process & has been very responsive to follow-up phone calls to complete the complicated, out of state registration & titling. Jay V in service took care of me on Monday AM after the deal when I took the car in for delivery detailing & to get a 2nd key fob, manuals, & the like. There was an issue w/ the 2nd key fob (wouldn't program & needed to be keyed) which meant a return to the dealership but I was kept in the loop the entire time. Finally, there was a discrepancy in whether the car came w/ remote start or not. This is where the small things matter & make me such a happy customer. The remote starter didn't work during the test drive. I thought it an issue of not having the 2nd key fob & figured it would all get fixed during the final check out Monday. Turns out the car didn't come w/ remote start. Tom W, the manager, worked w/ me to split the cost since I thought the car came w/ the starter. Very fair in my opinion. Overall, I've enjoyed working w/ the staff at Stohlman's & will return there for service. No pressure, nice people, & a nice facility. More
