Waited over an Hour to get our car after service was done On 10/31/17 brought car in for oil change and inspection for 10 am appt. About 11:15 I noticed the car setting outside and after waiting 45 minutes I went to the service desk to find out what was going on and was told they would be right with me which took another 15 minutes and by this time I was upset to say the least. The next day I tried to contact Carbone to find out the answer to my question that I had asked at the time of service. Emails resulted in no results so I chatted online and was told three different times someone or the Service Manager would get back to me. Today is 11/10/17 and no one has contacted me even though they have my email and phone info. More

Price match liars I called and asked if a set of car mats could be priced matched. I was told yes. Sent my boyfriend to pick them up, and it took the guy twenty minutes I called and asked if a set of car mats could be priced matched. I was told yes. Charles says bc quality Subaru would charge shipping he had to include it in the price even though carbone Subaru of Troy has a pair in stock. Says he couldn't give it to him for that price. Well how come when I called quality Subaru I asked if I came to your store to pick these up would you charge me shipping? I was told no just 59.96 plus tax. Yesterday was my 1 year anniversary from buying a car through this joke of a place. I know now to just stay away, and never come back as well, don't tell me one thing and turn on what you actually said. More
