This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I had to fight for everything that was on the paper: the maintenance plan, sealant for the doors, the hail repair, and the seat covers and completing the detail. Hours later I thought everything was on order and signed. They did not apply the sealant for the doors, they did not send me the seat and console covers, as they said. When I called to complain 7 days later that there were still stains on the seats and there was a speaker blown (Harmon Kardon) , the sales manager said he would talk to his detail guy, but I just needed to wait until I paid in my car and turn the speaker in under the warranty. Still no word on the seat covers. Now, I go to tag my car, and I find out they did not disclose the vehicle came from our of state and in order to tag it I have to pay to get an inspection. I have been waiting to buy a Subaru for years and had always heard wonderful things about Subaru dealerships. I will probably never buy another one. When I asked to see the paper I signed when I made the down payment they said they didn't have it anymore. More

They didn’t to fulfill my wishes. Price negotiation was straight forward. I didn’t get a great price biut a fair price according to Consumer Reports. They didn’t have the car I wanted so had to order. They continued work and found the car I wanted at another dealer and was able to get that car here sooner. It has only been a few days. So far my experience with Subaru of Wichita has been very good. This is the second car I have bought from them. More

I live in Wichita but would encourage local people to buy out of town. The local dealerships have an admin fee around $750. The Subaru dealership in Salina only charges $215 for admin fee. Soto was the salesperson who helped me at Subaru of Wichita. He was a good salesperson. This isn’t on him but on the management of the dealership. More
They are the worst! They lie about coverage and the repairs they do. Fixed a piece on my car twice and now months after purchase it is broken again. Also, don’t trust all the extras they add on. Pay close attention to what they have you sign and decline that permaplate and extras. They are getting over. The golden rule is a joke! More
