On Monday afernoon I found myself in a difficult situation and without a car and no way to get to work or get my two small children around. On Tuesday morning I filled out an application online, and received a call from Carmen Aratea asking for some additional information so that she could help me out. I was very skeptical, since I did still have an auto loan on my credit. She asked me to fax in some information about my income. I did, but was still skeptical. Later I called the dealership to see if my information had indeed made it over by fax. Ken Houpt answered the phone and went to check for me. He told me it was there and started asking questions to try to find out about my situation. After speaking to him for a few minutes, I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me not just to sell a car, but to make sure i could keep going to work and providing for my girls. Ken told me he thought that they could help me. It was already late in the day, but Ken told me I should definitely find something out in the morning. The next morning I called before Ken even made it to his desk I think. He didn't hesitate to get started right away. Ken worked with Dave throughout the morning to see what kind of help they could give me. I was still afraid that nothing could be done but they would tell me to come out to Wichita anyway. Since I live two hours away and didn't have a way out there, this would have been next to impossible. Later, Dave called and asked me a few more questions and told me he would call back. I expected the worst, or that I would have to settle for an awful car with a horrendous interest rate and a payment I really couldn't afford without feeding my family only Ramen noodles for the next 5 years. Although to my anxious mind it seemed like an eternity, only a couple of hours later Dave called to tell me that everything had been approved and that the payment was going to be right at what I told them I could afford. He told me that Ken would be more than happy to make the two hour drive to come pick me up. I tried to find a ride so that Ken wouldn't have to make the trip, but Ken called me and insisted it was no trouble at all. He picked us up and began the long drive to the dealership, a drive that was made even longer because my girls are almost 4 & 2 and are quite rambunctious. He never once complained, and even laughed about some of their antics. He used the time to ask questions about us and assured me that if I didn't like the car there was no pressure to buy it. He would gladly make another four hour trip so that we got back home. We didn't get to the dealership until about 8 pm and I know that it had already been a long day for Ken, but he offered to keep the girls occupied so I could test drive the car in peace. I took him up on the offer and Chris went over in great detail the features of the vehicle and took me out to drive...a 2011 SX4 Sedan! Definitely not the awful car I had imagined. When I got back Ken had the girls coloring and occupied. He pulled the car in so the girls could see it and explore. We were fed dinner while the paperwork was being finished up and Ken went over some more information about the car and owner's manual. When Trish was ready to sit down with me to sign everything Ken stepped in again to keep the girls occupied so that Trish could go over everything with me and I could actually hear her. We got through the paperwork easily without the distraction of screaming girls. By this time it was about 10 at night, and still no one was rushing to get us out the door. The car seats had even been switched over into the new car for me. When we were leaving Ken made sure to ask if I would be okay to make it home, and I assured him I would. I left Suzuki of Wichita feeling like I didn't just get sold a car, but that I had been blessed. Ken and Carmen both called me today to follow up and make sure everyhthing was going well. I love my new car, and it was all madeS so easy. I was treated like a friend or part of the family, and not like a sale. I can't say thank you enough to the folks at Suzuki of Wichita, especially to Ken and the folks who took time away from their own families to stay and make sure my girls and I were taken care of. More
Jimmy Bolden went above and beyond to get me the best interest rates possible as well as the lowest car payments possible. Other dealers failed to contact me back and were not trying to fit my needs but interest rates possible as well as the lowest car payments possible. I live 2 hours away and i would travel back any time and recommend suzuki of wichita to any of my friends any time. I was given a great price for my 2010 chevy malibu 2LT and love my car and i am glad i went there to get it. Thank You Jimmy for putting so much care in helping me find the perfect car for me. More

My family was originally attracted to Suzuki because they were "non commission". I am SO glad that we choose to buy our vehicle from them. Kyle Jensen was our sales associate and he went above and beyond to make sure that me and my family were 100% happy. He even went to McDonald’s and got my 2 kids chicken nuggets! We liked Kyle and the rest of the staff so much that we went back and bought my husband a brand new Suzuki Equator and were welcomed with the same friendly faces. Both car buying experiences were great! We have since sent many friends to go see Kyle and are convinced that all of the Suzuki sales associates are just as great. Suzuki truly is the best! I was looking for a very specifically equipped SX4 (touring package with manual transmission)and found it on the internet at Suzuki of Wichita. From the first phone call I was impressed with the professional service from Christopher Hayes. Christopher guided me through the process of the purchase, including reimbursement for a plane ticket........That's right, I flew to Wichita from Nashville, TN to buy the car and I'd do it again. These guys truthfully represented the condition, features and price of the vehicle, so all that was left was a successful test drive, transaction and the happy drive home. This is my first Suzuki, but likely not the last. More
