My family was originally attracted to Suzuki because they were "non commission". I am SO glad that we choose to buy our vehicle from them. I was looking for a SUV and did a vehicle search. Suzuki of Wichita popped up and I sent an inquiry. I told Alex, "My only income is from limited Social Security income, I'm a single mom of 2 great children, I've never financed a car before, I have an older car I purchased from a friend and I really don't think you can help." Alex said, "No worries, let me do what I do best, I do this every day." So I came in when I said I would with my children in tow and Alex dropped everything for them, balloons, crane game, XBox, Pop and popcorn. He had us all show him our car with over 200,000 miles on it, Alex found out all he could about us while walking around my car. Alex then asked me just a couple more questions, took my personal information, he went over my credit bureaus with me and spoke about maybe having "A shot" to really do something "like the Fourth of July, I was going to say ewww or awww, but he needed me to follow his lead on vehicles, "that I just couldn't up and run Nascar." Alex said "I got this." And low and behold HE GOT IT ALL RIGHT!!! I've never financed a car before in my life, I'm on Social Security, my children have places to go and people to see, I told Alex no more than $500 a month for a monthly payment, he handled my loan on my new car for hundred's less, I followed his lead and have the car I want. That's right a CAR, I came in for an SUV, but after speaking with Alex, what he said and showed me made more since to go with a car and he was great he did match my personality with the car. Gave me with a relationship with a local credit union, a low interest rate, a low payment and an opportunity to build!!! I had been looking for a specific type of car for about 5 months and couldnt find it anywhere... I had been to another dealer which sounds like Crusty Wrecked Ford in town and left the finance room crying in months and couldnt find it anywhere... I had been to another dealer which sounds like Crusty Wrecked Ford in town and left the finance room crying in front of everyone cause i was told i would be better off shopping on South Broadway in wichita...I had currently owned at 2005 Ford Focus and was on time with every payment through the lender and my credit score was building and yet I was looked down upon by many places and then i met TRISH who also introduced me to Jimmy... Trish not only worked with me for weeks she got me a 2010 suzuki sx4 sport but she got me a great lender which was Credit Union Of America she also helped me get a great insurance rate with the Tony Cope Insurance Agency... All the sales team and staff was amazingly friendly and i was treated like i was family... Trish deserves the Kool-Aid award at least for a month... I was never left out in the open about anything... I was informed about everything they were doing and they even let me drive the car until all the paperwork and financing was figured out... Never once did i see or get the smell of a shark... ONCE AGAIN A BIG THANK YOU TO SUZUKI OF WICHITA AND ALL THE SALES TEAM AND STAFF... AND A SPECIAL THANKS TO TRISH... I went to a Local PHORD Dealer whos name rhymes with MUSTY.. to see about their "We Finance everybody policy" of course they sing you a song about what they can do and how they are going to do it..blah blah blah... well they came out with a vehicle that 6 years old,had been in some kind accident was not worth the money they were asking and was not close even to the same vehicle i orignally inquired about.. BE WARE OF SHARKS so i walked ***Enter Suzuki dealer i had recieved an advertisment in the mail and decided to check them out after speaking with Kelly Tatro on the phone she was very friendly and she told me that she could help me and just to come on down and see what they could do no pressure. I come down and check out the Dealership and the first person i meet is Anthony Kilissanly or Ak as he is called he greeted me and treated me with respect from the beginning i told him what i needed and he worked very hard day and night to try to accomodate me and my schedule in every way. he even gave me his personal phone number.
