I was a first time car buyer and straight out of graduate school so I didn't have much credit, and they were able to work with me to get me a good rate and an affordable monthly payment. I feel safe in my car going to work every day and not having to dig through my purse for my keys to unlock my door is pretty nice!! Garrison did a great job letting me know that the car was safe, reliable, and a good value without using vocabulary and car-jargon that I didn't understand. When I was honest about being new to the car-buying world, he didn't take advantage of me. I've been back for maintenance and it's nice that they are so speedy and good to their customers. I would highly recommend this dealership, especially to first-time car buyers! More

My husband I went to the dealership with the intentions of getting a Gran Vitara. I found the one I like. Jimmy was our salesman, but Sam went through all the paperwork, reviewed all the manuals with us of getting a Gran Vitara. I found the one I like. I LOVE this dealership! I appreciate the no hassle way they do business. I do not like to go to car dealerships because of the back and forth hassle you get and OTHER dealerships try to "play" with the nu they do business. At Suzuki, the price is the price and there is no back and forth with the salesman talking to his manager and coming back to tell you the latest price. At Suzuki, the numbers are listed plainly and you know exactly what you are paying for the vehicle and what you are getting for your trade in. We have purchased two vehicles at Suzuki and I won't shop anywhere else for my next car. AND I LOVE MY VOLVO that I recently purchased at Suzuki with David's help!! More

WOW Tony Nave is the nicest, caring and helpful salesman we have every had when buying a car. The overall experience was something we have never seen from a dealership before it was actually fun and comple we have every had when buying a car. I went to Suzuki to trade in my Reno for something different and I had such a great experience with Trish that I decided to make the drive and come back. No hassles, no pushiness, and no competition. Friendliness was simply off the chart. Everyone seemed to have time to talk with us so we never felt like we were in the way or we were just sitting with nothing to do until they were ready for the next step in the process. Overall we left with a new 2012 SX4 for the same budget point as we were looking at for a used car. The car met all of our requirements in terms of features. The zero percent financing was the icing on the cake. More

We ended up coming back three days later to buy. After several negative experiences at other dealers, this was a refreshing change.
