THE OLD BAIT & SWITCH I am deeply disappointed in the lack of integrity at Suburban Cadillac of Troy. After years of bringing my car here, I was shocked by the predatory "recommendations" made by Jeremy lack of integrity at Suburban Cadillac of Troy. After years of bringing my car here, I was shocked by the predatory "recommendations" made by Jeremy in the service department. He attempted to charge me $3,400 for an "urgent" radiator leak and an "extensive" wiring harness replacement. After getting a second diagnosis, it was confirmed by several mechanics that the radiator is in perfect condition, and the wiring was a simple, no-charge fix. It is clear that once my warranty ended, the goal shifted from service to exploitation. I will never return and suggest everyone get a second opinion before authorizing any work here. RUN, DOWN WALK AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPT. More
