I called Suburban Cadillac and reached Nick P., Finance and Insurance Manager. I told Nick what I needed to file for the tax credit and sought help. Nick proactively worked with a team, including Deeanne B. and Lyanaya W. They took action and achieved the results needed. It is the "positive after the sale" actions that reflect the character of both Nick and the dealership. I love the Optiq EV and highly appreciate the attention Nick gave of "taking care of the customer". THE OLD BAIT & SWITCH I am deeply disappointed in the lack of integrity at Suburban Cadillac of Troy. After years of bringing my car here, I was shocked by the predatory "recommendations" made by Jeremy lack of integrity at Suburban Cadillac of Troy. After years of bringing my car here, I was shocked by the predatory "recommendations" made by Jeremy in the service department. He attempted to charge me $3,400 for an "urgent" radiator leak and an "extensive" wiring harness replacement. After getting a second diagnosis, it was confirmed by several mechanics that the radiator is in perfect condition, and the wiring was a simple, no-charge fix. It is clear that once my warranty ended, the goal shifted from service to exploitation. I will never return and suggest everyone get a second opinion before authorizing any work here. RUN, DOWN WALK AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPT. More
