Dominic was not only friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable when walking me through the repairs to be done to my vehicle, but also in assisting/advising me regarding an unrelated matter outside of his service area realm. I was simultaneously looking for a vehicle for my son and Dominic was extremely helpful with that, too. I'll take all of my business to Dominic in future. Great guy, great place. More
Awful Customer Service I purchased a used car from them. I love my car, the financing and the price was right. However, their customer service blows. You literally feel like I purchased a used car from them. I love my car, the financing and the price was right. However, their customer service blows. You literally feel like they don't care about you, about the sale about anything. I worked with Lindsay and Mark Brown. Lindsay was great. Her partner Mark was not so great. He couldn't care less about things, any concern we brought up he made it clear that it wasn't his problem and he wasn't going to do anything about it, not even look into what we were asking. Completely lazy as a salesman. They didn't offer to cut a second key for me, or to put floor mats in my car before I drove it off the lot. I was told the car would be detailed and cleaned before I drove it off the lot. The salesman knew since 9am that day I was coming in to buy the car that evening around 5pm. When I got the car there were no floor mats, it had not been cleaned and there was a nice new stain on my passenger seat that was not there when I test drove the car. As Mark pulled the car around, he literally pulled the stickers off my front window and shoved them in my glove box. I am so disgusted with the customer service I would never buy from here again. Seriously go across the Street to Varsity Ford...they are a bit more expensive but it's worth it for the better customer service! More
