Great experience and great new car I came in around the beginning of the year to look at new cars. I tested several, but decided to hold off as the snow had come and I drive my truck i I came in around the beginning of the year to look at new cars. I tested several, but decided to hold off as the snow had come and I drive my truck in the winter. Katie was cool with it and asked if she could check in from time to time to see where I stood. She was true to her word and only checked in after about two months, then again two months later. Now that the snow was gone, I headed back to drive some more cars. They had all the cars I wanted to test drive readily available. I fell in love with the new Impala. It took a little over three hours from showing up to test drive several cars to driving home with the new car. More

Katie is a top notch professional who probably knows more about the cars she is selling than the people who designed them. Katie cuts through all of the "uncomfortable" aspects of buying a car and she even negotiates fairly. Katie has a customer first approach to the way she handled every aspect of the transaction and I would recommend her with more than 5 stars if I could do so. A bonus "Thank You" to John in finance who made the paperwork process easier than any car deal I've done in 30 years. More
