On-Line Chevy Trax Lease - AMAZING! During the Covid-19 quarantine, I needed a car for my son who has an essential internship starting in Houston on May 18, 2020. I had previously been shopping a Chevrolet Trax in Troy prior to the dealerships closing and found myself up against a wall. I heard through my cousin, Chris Vecchioni that works for Suburban Collection at their Corporate office, that they were conducting on-line business which no local Chevrolet dealer was offering. I began the process on Monday, April 13th on their website via chat (very easy) and was immediately contacted with a text from Josh at Suburban Chevrolet Ann Arbor. He in turn immediately scheduled a phone call with their lease specialist Gagik Vartanyan. My experience was nothing short of amazing! Gagik helped find me a demo Trax that met my price concerns and we completed the transaction with delivery of the vehicle to my house on Thursday, April 16th. He was extremely careful with social distancing and taking necessary precautions while we completed the paperwork. I can't say enough about the professionalism of everyone I dealt with particularly Gagik. I would have never thought leasing a car on-line would be so easy. Thanks for all your HELP!
