Bought a Mini Cooper from Joey. A couple of days later noticed fluid leaking from it. Called the dealership back, was told that since I did not buy a warranty (wasn't offered) on a A couple of days later noticed fluid leaking from it. Called the dealership back, was told that since I did not buy a warranty (wasn't offered) on a $10K car, there is nothing they can do. After another call, they said that I can take it to a garage they use to fix non-GM cars, and I would pay the shop what the dealership pays them. Went there, the staff was nice, but the shop looked like it was run by a hoarder. They diagnosed an oil leak and to fix it was $1700. I then took it to my trusted garage; they confirmed the same oil leak problem but also found a coolant leak (I thought there were two different fluids leaking) and fixed it for $3700. Now after all that was sorted out, the check engine light came on and the reduced power warning is also on. This was my experience, and I have leased or purchased several cars from the Surburban brands. More
