Best Experience EVER! I has spoken with Matt about 3 weeks prior to purchasing the vehicle. He was not pushy, and was a very patient person. When I saw the vechile that h I has spoken with Matt about 3 weeks prior to purchasing the vehicle. He was not pushy, and was a very patient person. When I saw the vechile that had everything I wanted I contacted Matt again and brought my father in. Terry set the vehicle up for us to do the test drive. At first I was a little turned off because I didn't have Matt's undivided attention, but I realized it was a month end sale and it seems as if everyone was trying to get into a car. Terry, was great as well, he had the markers for my daughter to play with and he got them Hot Chocolate. Once Matt was done with his other customers, he was THE BEST sales person that I have dealt with. He explained everything imaginable from the certification process to the purchase and EVERYTHING in between. He put me at ease about everything I was uncomfortable with about the vehicle. There was a few issues that I had after the purchase, and he made sure that they were taken care of and his follow up is phenomenal! Terry was awesome too! The two make a GREAT team.
