I had a mechincal issue and Andrew was able to fix free of any labor cost, saving me several hundreds dollars. Andrew also worked to get me the lowest Percentage rate on this used car (2.9%). Overall I am very pleased with Andrew and the dealership I will continue to recommend Suburban Chevrolet/Cadillac to anyone interested in a quilty used car. More

Excellent salesman and experience Drew Laczynski is a great salesperson, and a very nice person. He was polite and professional, and was able to get me the car I wanted at a good price Drew Laczynski is a great salesperson, and a very nice person. He was polite and professional, and was able to get me the car I wanted at a good price. My experience with the service department was mixed. They broke one of my windshield wipers, and then replaced it with a blade that didn't match the one that didn't break. Why wouldn't they just change the pair? Doesn't everyone want windshield wiper blades that match? Overall, Drew is great and I highly recommend him, but the experience I had in the service department wasn't optimal. They made up for it later when I came back to complain, but that took me a while to get around to and was an inconvenience. More
