I scheduled an appointment to meet with a sales representative Saturday afternoon. After a hour drive I arrived to a Dealership that certainly didn't want my business that day. I was told by the Internet manager that I will need to come back Monday when another sales person will be available that can better help me match the Lease offer from a competitor. I got the feeling it was about 30 minutes to closing and they wanted to get out of there. I stated that i was ready to make a deal happen that day if they can match or beat the offer, but thats not important to Suburban, their need to pawn me off to someone not in the store was more important. So to get me out quickly they worked up one quote for me as they shoved me out the door. My entire family has been a customer of Suburban for years, they insisted I give Suburban a shot at matching the offer before I pull the trigger with the other Dealership....
