We visited to look at the rear seat access on a Chevy Traverse. Our son is looking at purchasing one in Phoenix and he needed to know if we would be able to get to the 3rd row seats. Second car I have purchased from Mark Brown at Suburban. I will do it again and again, no doubt. Mark & Linsy were fantastic and quite the team. I had an idea what I was looking for, but got so tired of running around to different places. I wasn't finding decent cars, and even the "no pressure" dealers felt a little shady. My car died suddenly and I was without transportation. I had not prepared to buy a car so I was thrown into the car buying process. I am not a "car person" so my background knowledge was minimal. I did some quick research on what was out there, what was good, and what was available on-line at numerous places. A friend suggested checking with the "Internet Department" at Suburban and I am glad he did! Going to the Suburban website, I listed the specs of what I was looking for in a vehicle, and Linsy emailed me back immediately and helped me narrowed it to 4 or 5 that fit the bill and that they had available! I test drove them all, and quickly picked my new, er, used car. Truly no pressure, just good insight and information and helpful hearts. The only drawback: the cars are all high quality and priced right, so you need to act fast! If you see the car you want, you probably have to pull the trigger quick. I would absolutely recommend Mark at Suburban to anyone looking for a high quality used vehicle!!!!! There is no reason to buy a car anywhere else, unless you or someone related to you owns a car dealership. Seriously, not kidding. Suburban Ann Arbor really does carry quality cars on their lot. After test driving so many, I couldn't believe how great all of them were on the in and outside. Great condition, with a fixed price lower than others our there. Their customer service is beyond compare. You don't have to spend hours sitting around while someone "checks with their manager" about a price, option, trade-in, etc. I checked out what they had on-line and set an appointment with Linsy on a Thursday morning. I could test drive whatever I wanted without being accompanied by a salesperson, which is really nice as well. I bought a car Friday night. Easy. Fast. Stress-free. AND THEN I GOT AN AWESOME BOX OF FRESH HOME MADE COOKIES!!! Thanks Suburban!!!! More

The Internet team at Suburban Chevrolet were very courteous and professional. We went on a Saturday evening and they were swamped. They actually stayed open late to accommodate us for a test drive. W courteous and professional. We went on a Saturday evening and they were swamped. They actually stayed open late to accommodate us for a test drive. When we went back the following Monday (we live out of town) they stayed open late again making sure we understood all the details of the deal. Never had anyone treat us that important before. Mark Brown did a fine job and I am very happy with my preowend Chevrolet. More

I went in specifically looking at a Dodge Avenger they had, but was unimpressed by the quality of the vehicle. I told Mark my budget and what kind of car I wanted. The Ford Fusion fit everything I was loo had, but was unimpressed by the quality of the vehicle. I told Mark my budget and what kind of car I wanted. The Ford Fusion fit everything I was looking for. After my first test drive, I liked it a lot. I went back the next day to work on financing to see what I could get. After waiting for almost 2 hours in the lounge, he finally came in and announced very loudly that I have awful credit in front of another customer. Yeah, I knew that. But everyone else didn't need to. The interest rate was very high, but I know that's my own fault - so I was still willing to buy the car. I had my dad come in, who is very good with cars. We went for another test drive, and suddenly the heat didn't work at all. My dad used his Actron car scanner and found a few codes in in indicating problems. We came back and waited to talk to Mark about it for almost 30 minutes, turns out he was right around the corner chatting with a coworker and just didn't see us come in. This happened a lot, and got very annoying. I was given me a CarFax after my first test drive, which had 3 accidents listed, all mild to moderate. My dad put the VIN in, and the accidents were listed as severe. There was frame damage on the car, and when we told this to Mark he said "Well, it's a great car for the price" $11,000 for a car with 90,000+ miles and frame damage isn't a deal. We left immediately. He was very nice to me when I was looking by myself, but as soon as I brought in someone who knew a lot about cars he had an attitude and didn't even try to earn my business. I guess he realized he couldn't lie to my dad. Linsy, however, is wonderful. She's a very nice person to deal with. Had she been my actual salesperson, I probably would have continued looking at their inventory until I found a car I liked. I ended up driving 40 minutes to Pinckney to buy an 07 Mustang and was extremely happy with my experience. More
On a visit to the Ann Arbor Medical Center for tests my car broke down just as I arrived. I called my home dealership to find the local Cadiallac dealer. That was Suburban. They made the worst day somehow car broke down just as I arrived. I called my home dealership to find the local Cadiallac dealer. That was Suburban. They made the worst day somehow ok :) I left my cousin to get her tests and rode with the tow driver. Dave Yanko, the Assistant Service Manager, was an angel on the phone with me and was nothing short of magnificent once I arrived. They brought my car right in to access and let me relax in a beautiful clean lounge area with wonderful coffee. Katie just happened by and was so friendly she even offered to teach me about leases knowing I was just curious and from out of town. Well then Dave came and said he had car for me to go get my cousin and do lunch and by the time we would come back my car would be done. He gave me a beautiful car and when we got back sure enough my car was ready. The checked me out quickly - I even got to meet my mechanic (another very nice Dave) - got easy rush hour avoiding directions and made it home without incident. Thank you Suburban Chevy Cadillac! Excellent! Walked in, Sat down with Mark, explored options. Test drove a Sonic as I was more economy conscious at first, and liked the car, but being a previous Malibu owner, knew of the Malibu qualit options.
