I have purchased many automobiles over the years and the sales experience has met my approval on some levels but oftentimes the service component of the dealership lacks an acceptable level of customer service. From the time I first walked into Suburban Cadillac, Brett was fantastic. My first visit was to get info on a SRX prior to going to the Auto Snow. After driving a Lexus RX that same day we had settled on the Cadillac. Brett followed up on our visit and then worked doggedly to find the specific color, interior and option package that my wife wanted. He truly went above and beyond to get her the car she wanted. When a minor issue came up after delivery, Brett took control of the issue and resolved it to my 100% satisfaction. It was a great sales and service experience. More
