i hate dealerships in general, not comfortable when approached by sales people. The service department did great work fixing my vechicle. With no hesitation, Larry Gocha resubmitted the service write-up to apply a 15% discount coupon I had saving me money. In addition, I asked for a refill bottle of paint protection solution from a car care kit that I previously received when I bought a new car at Suburban. Larry gave me a complete car care kit. Finally, my vechicle was dirty from the winter weather and it was washed after service was completed. More
While travelling home to Kalamazoo from Detroit, my 2008 Buick LaCrosse broke down on I94 at dusk. AAA plucked me off of 94 and towed to Belle Tire as I thought the serpentine belt had failed. It was more than just the belt so I ended up spending the night at a local hotel and Belle Tire contacted Dave at Suburban the next morning. Dave arranged for my car to be towed to Suburban the next morning as this was covered on my Extended Warranty....AAA will not tow a vehicle unless the owner is with it....new rule.....and fit my repair into an already busy schedule and I was able to get home that afternoon. The Technician also discovered a problem with the battery cable on the positive side of the battery requiring a new cable. Not having one in stock, he did a temporary fix, Dave documented the needed repair on the Warranty paperwork stating that owner would complete the repair at a dealer close to home, saving me paying another $100 deductable. All in all, Suburban exceeded my expectations on all counts and I recommended the Service Department to anyone. I must presume that if the Service Dept is that strong, that the Sales side of the Dealer is excellent as well. Thank you for helping out this Road Warrior. More
