Very sloppy. I had test driven several cars before finding the one I wanted to purchase... that is when the problems started. The number of loopholes required to purchase the vehicle was surprising an finding the one I wanted to purchase... that is when the problems started. The number of loopholes required to purchase the vehicle was surprising and the communication between the finance, sales, and management teams seemed to be non-existent. Eventually, I had left my credit card info with my salesman to process the payment only to HAVE TO CALL THEM BACK hours later to find the car I thought I had just purchased had been sold. The dealer did find a different car, a 2011 CTS base... not quite the vehicle I had in mind... oh and the price tag was $5000 more.... and that's not all... the car was suppose to meet several conditions, bluetooth being a feature I almost require due to my work. As it turns out, neither the salesman or I were aware that this particular vehicle which I had just signed for did not have that equipment... and of course at that point I had spent nearly 2 full business days at the dealership and they had collected their check, so it wasn't their problem anymore. Needless to say I discourage any one to work with this particular dealer for their lack of customer service, follow-through, and disclosure. In fact, if when/if I find myself passing by this dealership and I happen to be on the phone (not via the car's integrated bluetooth system, obviously) or with a passenger, I will be sure to share my disdain. More

I originally purchased my Cadillac STS from Mark Brown in August of 2011. Last month I took my car in for service. I went to pick it up after service hours. When I started the car up, there was a terrible August of 2011. Last month I took my car in for service. I went to pick it up after service hours. When I started the car up, there was a terrible belt screechng noise and I did not want to take the car. Mark was there. He came to my rescue! He called the service manager but was unable to reach him. It told him that I needed transportation for the next day and Monday, but the car rental place that the dealership utilizes was closed. He stayed late on Saturday, worked with the sales manager, and got me a car to drive. He went above and beyond on a Saturday night! I will definitely use Mark as my salesman for any future car buying needs. More

I had been searching for the right Cadillac STS for 2 months. I found what I wanted on Suburban's web site. I called Mark Brown and he immediatly emailed all the info I asked for. We had an agreement on a good price after a couple of phone calls. I live over a thousand miles away from Suburban and planned to fly into Detroit and drive the car back home. Mark offered to have someone pick me up at the airport and assured me the car would be completly serviced, gased up and ready for me to drive home. Brad was waiting for me when I landed in Detroit and we had a pleasant ride to Ann Arbor. Mark showed me the car as soon as I arrived. It was even better than he had descibed. It was ready to go. We completed the paper work in about an hour and I was on my way. It was by far my best dealership experience ever. I recommend Mark Brown and Suburban to everyone. More
