Melissa asked me when I checked in if we were doing a tire rotation with the oil change. I said yes and presented the coupon. When I left at the first time, I only received half of the services promised with the coupon. I get that car washes have issues and may not always be available, but it was just an extra thing that made my experience yesterday not satisfactory. Reid was able to get me back in and have my tires rotated the same day, which I appreciate. However I wish it was done the first time around. More
