Little Things Matter Very friendly and knowledgeable service center staff. Came in for simple oil change and spark plug replacement. They asked if I needed a tire rotation Very friendly and knowledgeable service center staff. Came in for simple oil change and spark plug replacement. They asked if I needed a tire rotation, I said 'No, but do need all 4 tires aired up as they were all low at various pressure levels'. He quickly responded that those would be handled as part of the full service inspection. That did not happen. Since the TPMS light was on each time you started the truck, I figured that would be a pretty good indicator for the technician to check tire pressure. Not a big deal, I took care of it when I got home. It's the little things that can matter most. More

The mechanic correctly diagnosed the problem and replaced the injectors. The Tahoe is running much smoother. Chevy stood behind their product and covered part of the bill even though the Tahoe was past the 36k warranty--Thank You Chevy! Terry More
