Outstanding customer service. Cory and Kirk would a great team to work with. You could tell both of them really enjoyed their jobs. Cory took the time to walk me through sending an order through for a limited Camero Zl1 1LE muscle track car. He did a great job getting back to me over the 7 month period waiting for the car to be built. Cory and Kirk both had a great working chemistry and joked with each other that had fun element to it. Kirk took his time going over the car with me. You could tell these kinds of cars were a passion of his and I felt like I was being welcomed into a brotherhood of car aficionados. You could tell that he and Cory really valued the final send of transferring the car from seller to owner. Really left a strong impression on me. It was a memorable day and it’s the most expensive car i’ve ever bought - so the experience was handled well. I recall years ago I spent a good amount on a mattress and the sales associate I worked with earlier was out for the day when I came to pick it up and pay for it. Well, the person I delt with that day said some snide remark that I was stuck with him - and his tone was condescending and it kept me from coming back again. With my experience at Suburban Chev it was the opposite! Kirk and Cory were a team that knew that both their vibes and professionalism had each other’s backs - and as a business owner myself - the customer signs the pay check! Great job men! I usually need to ask them to review what they did and try to ask specifically about my check in requests. I would appreciate if this was covered without my prompts at the end, to ensure the request made it all the way from check in to the service technician to the one who’s delivers my car at the end of the visit.
