Better than most This was my 4th dealership of walking in over the last 4 months! I knew I qualified for the pull ahead option on my previous leased equinox, but ever This was my 4th dealership of walking in over the last 4 months! I knew I qualified for the pull ahead option on my previous leased equinox, but every quote I got from previous dealers was $350 or more for just standard models such as Ford Escape, Jeep Compass, Equinox LS, and LT which in my mind was a joke! However, manager Kirk asked why I was looking at purchasing previously used vehicles and not getting back into another equinox and I told him i needed a $300 pmt at most and wanted a few more options then what I previously had which was basically only remote start! He said not a problem, which was a sale in my eyes per know one else even understood what I needed to HEAR! But Kirk did and got me the works for options, almost all the bells and whistles and then said what color would you like? Such that any wouldn't be an issue to get! I was happy, excited, and felt respect, which no other dealership had done yet! More

I brought it back to the dealer and was kinda upset and frustrated at the fact the truck had an issues. Right away the service advisor put me at ease and said that they will look to see what the issue is and since I only put a few hundred miles on it since I bought it they said they will take care of the issue Thanks so much!
