Personable, helpful, listened and a sense of humor. Dakota was responsive and helpful on the initial phone call. He had the car ready for for us to look at on arrival. He listened to our requests for information and and didn't try to do any "hard selling," which would have been a turn off. He had a sense of humor in our interactions. I don't know whose responsibility it was but on the test drive I noticed the car was on empty and reserve warning light was on. A dealership shouldn't have that happen, as fuel pumps can be ruined with fuel that low. I also noticed a check air pressure light on and two valve stem caps missing after the test drive, this was a small thing but can make one question the thoroughness of the dealer inspection on a used car. Other than that everything was OK. More
