Pleasant experience After a routine oil change being performed at Suburban on my by Chevy Cruze, the service advisor at that time, Adam Arrigoni, advised me that the tec After a routine oil change being performed at Suburban on my by Chevy Cruze, the service advisor at that time, Adam Arrigoni, advised me that the technician doing the oil change had noticed an apparent transmission fluid leak. Adam suggested bringing in the car for further investigation. Two good things happened here: First, the leak was indeed spotted and reported. I doubt that an oil change performed at one of fast oil change joints would have noticed the leak and much less advised as such. Second, the inspection and any subsequent repair on the transmission would be covered under the vehicle warranty. When bringing in the car at Suburban for the transmission investigation the service advisor, Bill Sobania, professionally explained what was going to happen and answered all my questions. I was also given a loaner car. The mechanic replaced a seal and even made an alignment adjustment to the car. What's not to like in what transpired here? More

Tire flip or tire rotation. A need to know item. No history report for service or last oil change performed. (no window sticker) Maybe in the door? Final detailing was a little hurried. Again, end of the month chaos probably? I left my 2016 Cruz as trade with 3/4 tank of gas while the 2017 barely had an 1/8th in it when I left. More
