Somehow they must have magically gotten better because this time around I was told that they were fine (according to the checklist they gave me). This really makes me wonder if they either wanted more money the last time or just didn’t check this time... Really makes me question if I want to continue doing my business there or not. More
Ok, not over the top great Took trick in for oil change tire rotation and a noise in the rear end. Asked service writer about charger unit swap for wireless phone charging. I had the new unit in the truck, he didn’t understand until explained 4 Times. Stayed they would see if time allowed. This was so confusing to him that he left off the real reason for the visit, rear end noise. Yes, I signed the work order and failed to notice it was not listed, Shane on me, however after looking back at appointment verification this was on the reason listed. Apparently they got a new software program and he had to check me in an old way so then rear end issue fell off the work order. So out of the 4 items, two were done, oil change and tire rotation.... nice More

Worst service center in Twin Cities This is the absolute worst service center in the Twin Cities. This has gone downhill severely over the past 5 years. GM John Peifer should save the money on advertising and hire a serious manager for the service department as no one will ever be a repeat customer with service like this, I certainly wont buy here again. I do want to say Sales person Jeff Brick has been a delight to work with over the years. I dont understand how I call for my car, which is ways overdue from when it should have been ready and no one can tell me anything about it becuase the service advisor assigned to my car has the day off. Nobody else would help me, they told me to call back tomorrow. Keep in mind this is a 2016 Malibu I puchased at your store but nobody cares. I could continue on but you have been a big waste of my time and it is apparent to me you dont value my time. Couldnt even find the cashier when i came to check out, unbelievable. More

Very disorganized sales operation. We signed up through the Costco program and they called and emailed right away. The problem was they took forever to show us cars. sales operation. We signed up through the Costco program and they called and emailed right away. The problem was they took forever to show us cars. Couldn't find cars on the lot. When we finally settled on a car they didn't give us Costco pricing on the purchase so they had to redo the paperwork. Then they discovered they had the wrong vin number. Had to redo the paperwork again. Our sales person was good. I think the problem was sales management. Just seemed to have inefficient systems in place. More
