Bryan Herron made it a Great Experience I went into Suburban Chevrolet with an eye on a couple of cars I saw online looking for a work/winter car. It was about an hour drive so after a quic I went into Suburban Chevrolet with an eye on a couple of cars I saw online looking for a work/winter car. It was about an hour drive so after a quick trip to the restroom I was quickly linked up with a sales representative. I was expecting the usual used car salesman experience however I was lucky and was assisted by Bryan Herron. Bryan was straight forward and quick to get vehicles ready to test drive. The first used vehicle I drove was not what I expected and showed the neglect the previous owners had put it through. Bryan did not try to pressure me into a vehicle I did not want but just got another ready to go. After the test drive I suppose I could have haggled on the price but the vehicle was priced fairly and it was just before Christmas so I thought "what the xxxx" and after all Bryan was making this a good experience. After purchasing the car I found the factory tire inflation device missing. One phone call and that was it, Bryan again was all over it and made sure a new one was mailed to me in short order. I am not sure how the other salespeople are as Suburban but if you shop there and work with Bryan Herron I am certain you will have a positive experience. More

Services, quoted one price, got a different one. Unless your car is under warranty DO NOT go there. They will be more expensive than anyone else around. We only needed an interior cabin blower replaced, well it's actually a replacement of a replacement they already did a few years ago. We were quoted $275, dropped off the car in a snow storm (because they said then they can work on it through out the day if there were cancellation), then was told the work would be $700. $130 for diagnosing (which is ridiculous seeing as we already knew the issue since it's the exact same as before), $200 for the part. They worked on it for 2-3 hours, so their workers must be paid very very well. They gave us $100 off, but Fire Stone would have done it for less. This is not my only crappy experience with them, but before I was under warranty and therefore needed to go to Chevy. More

I found the vehicle on inventory search from Chevy, the unit had most of the features I was looking for. I came in to discuss the truck and ask about adding additional features and we did the deal the same day. I came in the following day to finalize the paperwork, there was a error in communications on the day the truck would be ready and when I came in the following week to pick up the truck it wasn't ready, it took an additional 2 days to finish up. I have had the truck for 5 days now and I am very satisfied with the vehicle. I would recommend the service department and sales department. The accessories added were done very professionally and the truck looks great. Service and sales were very professional. The sales representatives were very professional and showed interest in giving the customer what they wanted. More
