Sales guy Alex Z. and Sales Manager Chris H. are deceitful If you want to be lied to, degraded, and taken advantage of then Alex Ziegler and Chris Haeg are the sales associates to go to. Never ever will I ever do business with them again or recommend this dealership to anyone! Be aware and stay far away! They will say anything you want to hear to make you buy a car and then after the agreement has been made, they will back out of their words and throw you in the dark after purchasing. Oh and they will make decisions about the deal behind your back and will not disclose any info about it to you either. By the time you realize it, you're done. If I did not get their General Managers involved, they would've gotten away with their unethical sales practice. So disappointed that we had to experience such awful treatment and deceit from Alex!
